Editorial policy
Updated
Articles on the Novacall AI blog are drafted by an AI writing system and reviewed by a separate AI approver before they are published. The approver checks every draft against the published rubric on this page and rejects drafts that fail it. Parvez Zoha, founder and CEO of Novacall AI, is the author of record and is responsible for these rules.
Who writes and who reviews
- Drafting: an AI writing system produces each draft from a brief that names the reader's question, the industry and the sources to use.
- Review: a separate AI approver runs hard-fail checks (below), scores the draft and either approves it, returns it for revision or rejects it. A revised draft is reviewed again from the start.
- Accountability: Parvez Zoha is the named author on every article and owns the rubric, the approved claims and the corrections process.
The review rubric
A draft is rejected if it breaks any of these rules.
- Answer first
- The opening paragraph answers the question the title asks. Pages that promise statistics, prices, a comparison or a calculator must deliver it in the body.
- Every number has a source
- Each percentage, price, multiplier or count links to the primary source in the same paragraph, and the approver checks that the figure appears there. Statistics aggregators and vendor blogs re-quoting other studies are not accepted as sources.
- No invented experience
- No first-person testing claims, customer results or founder quotes unless the claim is on file with evidence. Worked examples are labelled as examples and state their assumptions.
- Product claims from an approved list only
- Novacall AI responds to inbound leads in under 60 seconds; works 24/7/365; handles voice, SMS, email and WhatsApp; speaks 15+ languages; qualifies leads on the call with the business's own questions; books appointments on the connected calendar; and syncs to the CRM. Any other product claim is rejected.
- Compliance facts stated plainly
- Novacall AI is SOC 2 and HIPAA compliant and supports TCPA, A2P 10DLC and Do Not Call requirements, consent handling, call recording and GDPR/CCPA privacy obligations. Articles state these as product facts and do not turn them into legal advice.
- Protected statistics in one wording
- The speed-to-lead benchmark is always quoted as: "Leads called within 60 seconds converted 391% above average (Velocify, formerly Leads360)." It is an industry benchmark, never presented as a Novacall AI customer result.
- Prices
- Novacall AI pricing is by custom quote, so our own prices never appear. Competitor and market prices may appear with a link to the source and the month they were checked.
- Fair comparisons
- Claims about a named company link to that company's own published page or another citable source. Uncited negative claims are removed.
- Scope
- Novacall AI writes for home services, law firms, dental, medical and other appointment-led local businesses. Outbound calls are made by people, so articles never describe automated outbound dialing.
- Visible structured data
- FAQ markup is only used when the questions and answers are visible on the page, and published and updated dates in the markup match the dates readers see.
- One page per question
- A draft that targets a question an existing page already answers becomes an update to that page instead of a new article.
Sourcing
We prefer primary sources: regulators and government agencies, standards bodies, peer-reviewed research, the original study, and a company's own documentation for facts about that company. Each source is linked where it is used. When a figure cannot be traced to its primary source, it is left out.
Dates and updates
Every article shows the date it was published. The updated date changes only when the content changes materially, such as a corrected fact, a new section or refreshed sources; it is not changed for formatting or site maintenance. The dates in the page markup and the sitemap match the dates shown on the page.
Corrections
If you find an error, email legal@novacallai.com with the page address and what is wrong. Confirmed errors are corrected on the page, and the updated date changes. Articles that can no longer be kept accurate are merged into a better page or removed.
Commercial interest
Novacall AI sells the product described on this site, and articles may point readers to it. Comparison pages describe other companies using their own published pages, with the date each fact was checked, and say when a competitor is the better fit.
