- Hosted lead forms. Forms Novacall AI hosts for you.
- Webhooks and the REST API. Any website form or lead source that can post to a webhook URL or call the REST API can send leads in.
- CSV import. Existing leads can be imported from a CSV file.
CRM and automation
Novacall AI syncs each conversation, its answers and its outcome to your CRM. The connection is built on open interfaces rather than a fixed list of apps.
- Signed outbound webhooks. New leads, bookings and outcomes are sent to the URL you choose, signed so you can verify them, with a delivery log and retries. Any CRM or automation tool that accepts webhooks can receive them.
- REST API. A REST API with an OpenAPI specification and JavaScript and Python SDKs, for reading and writing leads from your own systems.
- MCP server. A Model Context Protocol server, so AI assistants such as Claude can work with your leads.
